Beyond the Milky Way

Experience one of the greatest international scientific endeavours in history as you step onto Australia’s future site of the incredible Square Kilometre Array (SKA) telescopes in an immersive 360-degree virtual reality cinema experience. This immersive experience will take you on a culinary journey as you discover the flavours and ingredients of local Aboriginal cuisine. The menu will feature a variety of dishes made from locally sourced ingredients such as bush fruits, herbs, and meats. You’ll be able to sample a range of dishes, including mouth-watering roasted meats, baked damper bread, and more. Visions of the Cosmos by Dr John Goldsmith

Visions of the Cosmos is an astrophotography exhibition presented by Celestial Visions. It is a collaborative exhibition and showcases superb astro-landscape photography, featuring Western Australian, Australian, and international locations. Dr John Goldsmith will be in Carnarvon to launch the exhibition at the Carnarvon Library & Art Gallery on 14 April 2023
